Our service is a syndication membership and is not classified as a gambling product, therefore it does not require a licence from the UK Gambling Commission. We are also not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, as participation in a syndicate does not constitute a collective investment scheme.
In certain circumstances, we may arrange for syndicates to participate in an alternative draw of the same licensed game where necessary, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
